Meet Clotilde, a cellar master who has been crafting wines that express the character of local terroirs since 1989. The vineyard was established in 1992 with the planting of its first Chardonnay vines and has since grown through a passion for viticulture and meticulous vine care. Today, the estate extends across 30 hectares of small vineyard plots located in Saint-Bris, Chablis and Irancy. Featuring a variety of grape types and vine ages, this classic Burgundian mosaic provides the ideal conditions for producing distinctive vintages.
The experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyards at the foot of the estate, where you'll learn about the terroir and the history of the area. Continue with a visit to the winery to gain insight into the winemaking process before enjoying a tasting session. Sample a selection of wines from the Chablis, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Bourgogne and Crémant appellations while discovering the unique characteristics of each wine.
