Les visites en bus ont lieu tous les jours de 10h00 à 18h00. Une boucle complète dure 90 minutes. Les bus circulent toutes les 25 minutes
La visite en bateau n'est disponible que d'avril à octobre avec les billets Supreme et Ultimate. Elle a lieu toutes les heures de 10h30 à 16h30.

À partir du 13 avril à 14h et jusqu'à nouvel ordre, en raison du Salon nautique, le bateau touristique ne fera plus escale à Escalera Real. Il circulera exclusivement entre l'arrêt de l'Auditorium et l'arrêt final, et ce jusqu'au 7 ou 8 mai environ.
