Your ticket grants you access to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Imperial Forum and Palatine Hill but does not include admission to the Circus Maximus. However, the comprehensive AI video guide covers this magnificent site in detail, and you'll be able to find your way around it with the app. You are welcome to enjoy the Circus Maximus from the exterior while listening to the historical commentary provided by the AI guide on your mobile device.

Please come to the office at Via Marco Aurelio, 19, only 7 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The staff will give you the tickets and accompany you directly to the entrance. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

The Colosseum access has a specific scheduled time. If you arrive late to the meeting point, you will not be entitled to a refund due to the no-show policy. Also, note that the time on your voucher may vary slightly to prevent delays
