What's better than a day-long safari in the African wilderness? How about two days? That's what you can expect from this experience, which includes an overnight stay at the swanky Salt Lick Safari Lodge. On day one, you'll head to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. You'll check into the Taita Hills Safari Resort when you arrive, before heading off on your first game drive. This place is home to everything from lions and elephants to buffaloes and giraffes. In the back of a 4x4 designed to move around the rugged plains and grasslands, you've got a good chance of seeing some pretty amazing animals in their natural environments. Afterwards, you'll head back to the resort for lunch, before another game drive in the afternoon. Your dinner's served at the Salt Lick Safari Lodge, your accommodation for the night.
Day two kicks off with an early morning game drive, where you'll have another chance to see the local wildlife – some of them might even be on the hunt for breakfast. On a clear day here, you might even be able to see the snow-capped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro off in the distance. When you get back from your game drive, you'll sit down for some breakfast, before heading to Ngutuni Wildlife Sanctuary for another game drive. Afterwards, you'll have lunch before starting the drive back to Mombasa.
