Meet your host Opposite Sainsbury Wing, next to the Statue of James II. Your host will be wearing a dark blue "Vox City" uniform. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you don't miss the departure. Please bring your headphones, have your ticket downloaded and ready to show.

  • Liquids are strictly prohibited in the National Gallery, except baby formula, expressed milk, and prescription medicines

  • Large bags, wheeled luggage, fold-up bicycles, and scooters are strictly prohibited

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

  • There is a £2 charge per item for storing small bags, coats, umbrellas, and fold-up prams at the cloakroom

Know in advance:

  • The National Gallery is free to enter. Your purchase includes reserved entry, a digital audio guide, a digital map, a host at the meeting point, and a £1 donation

  • This experience includes an e-ticket, which will be available for download and sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours of your travel date
