What to expect

Enjoy traditional Finnish sauna rituals and savour a 3-course dinner in a restaurant with a cosy, fire-lit setting. Experience the northern sky as you unwind in an outdoor hot tub, capturing views of the tranquil landscape. You'll also gain insight into the annual construction of one of the world's largest snow hotels.

To round off your day, savour a three-course dining experience by an open fire, starting with a celery-apple soup with spruce bud oil. For the main course, at checkout you can choose from a selection of dishes, including glow-fried salmon served with potatoes, sautéed reindeer accompanied by potato mash and lingonberry jam, or vegan cabbage rolls paired with white bean purée. There are also kid-friendly options such as crispy chicken with French fries, pasta with tomato sauce and pasta bolognese. Conclude your meal with an apple-caramel pie topped with a white chocolate sauce.
