Serralves All-Access Pass

Accessibility:

• The Museum is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available for public use
• The experience involves some areas with uneven and steep surfaces in the Garden, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues

Not allowed:

• Personal photography is allowed, but the use of flash is prohibited inside the museum
• Personal food and beverages are not allowed; however, a Restaurant and Bar is available on-site
• Pets are not permitted

Know in advance:

• The pass includes: all areas of the Fundação de Serralves: Museum of Contemporary Art, Alvaro Siza Wing, Park, Arte Deco House of Serralves, House of Cinema, TreeTop Walk, and the Farm
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Please ensure your voucher is either printed or available on your mobile device for entry
• Keep your voucher handy throughout your visit, as staff may need to verify it at different points within the premises
• The voucher is valid only for the date and time specified
• If you need to reschedule your visit, please contact support at least 48 hours before your booked time. You will the local provider's contact information on the voucher you'll receive after booking

Remember to bring:

• A valid ID to gain access at the entrance
• Wear comfortable shoes as there is considerable walking involved
