Auschwitz-Birkenau guided tour with pick-up from Krakow

Not allowed:

• Baby carriages and luggage larger than 30 x 20 x 10 cm are not permitted inside the museum

Know in advance:

• All participants must provide their full name and contact details at the time of booking. Please ensure that the name on your ID exactly matches the name provided at the booking to avoid issues at the entrance
• Pick-up for this tour can be between 5:30AM and 3:00PM (with the possibility of earlier or later times), so be prepared for possible changes. It is recommended to reserve a full day for this tour.
• The time provided in the booking and your voucher (9:30AM) is the most common time provided by the museum and does not depend on the local operator. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by customer service or the driver on the day before the tour.

• Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program
• All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
