Jamal says, ‘My mother used to prepare an artisanal treat known as “amlou”, made with Immouzer honey mixed with crushed almonds and argan oil, a real Berber delicacy.' Next it's time for an al fresco lunch prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
