It's an evening where you'll get that genuine sense of belonging to something that's been a local tradition for ages.Your guide leads you through the town's historic heart, setting the scene before you join the evening's key moments, including the lighting of bonfires, dances with the demons and live traditional music. And, if you fancy tasting what locals bring to the table, there's an optional stop where you can taste specialities like sobrasada and botifarró – they're kinds of cured sausages – bread with alioli and a glass of island wine. This isn't part of the tour price, but you can pay on the spot. What makes this celebration special is how naturally everyone comes together, both locals and visitors, all sharing one winter evening.
