You can pick up your Porto Card at one of the following tourism offices: - Sé Posto de Turismo, located at Calçada D. Pedro Pitões (historic center), nº15, from 9 am to 6 pm, every day; - Interactive Tourism Office at the airport, located on floor 0 (public arrival area) from 8 am to 6:30 pm every day.

Know in advance:

If you purchase the Porto Card with transport, you’ll be given two separate passes, one is a normal sightseeing pass, and the other is a travel card. The travel card will automatically activate when you use it for the first time
Both pass and travelcard are valid for 1, 2, 3, or 4 days, depending on the chosen option
Please note that you do not need to purchase a card for children aged up to 4 years old
Cards are personal and non-transferable
A card’s validity starts from the date written on the back of the card. To use the card discounts, present the card before paying for the transaction
1, 2, 3 and 4-day transport tickets must be validated in each mode of transport and on each journey, at the start of the trip. When you change line or mode of transport, scan your card on the ticket validators in the stations or, for buses, on the ticket validators as you get on
