Au cours de la visite, vous aurez un avant-goût de ce qui se prépare dans la marmite en vous promenant dans deux belles villes et en découvrant la localité avec tout ce qu'elle a à offrir au-delà de la nourriture elle-même. Accompagné d'un guide professionnel agréé, vous découvrirez les deux belles villes de Mdina et Rabat tout en goûtant certains des plats les plus traditionnels que Malte a à offrir. Vous commencerez par vous promener dans Mdina, en passant par les palais aristocratiques, après avoir dégusté les célèbres pastizzi accompagnés de la boisson locale Kinnie. Après avoir passé devant la cathédrale et admiré la vue depuis les bastions, vous vous promènerez dans des rues très atmosphériques jusqu'à Rabat. Vous traverserez ensuite les rues étroites et sinueuses de Rabat pour rejoindre le centre de la ville où, après avoir passé devant l'église Saint-Paul, vous vous arrêterez pour prendre un ħobż biz-zejt, tout en dégustant deux bières artisanales locales. Vous terminerez dans un restaurant local en goûtant la star de la cuisine maltaise, évidemment le lapin, accompagné de quelques autres spécialités traditionnelles maltaises et d'un verre de vin rouge local.
