With this Normandy battlefield tour, in one day you'll discover the key beaches, sites and museums linked to D-Day.
The tour will first take you to Omaha, where the deadliest of the landings took place. You'll learn more about the landing and the following days at the D-Day museum right next to the beach. Then, you'll see Utah Beach, the second beach where the American troops landed. There, the "Musée du Débarquement" will tell you all about the planning and the execution of D-Day from the American side. Your guide will also take you to the US military cemetery where you can pay your respects to the ones who fell during D-Day and the battle of Normandy that followed. To finish the American sector, you'll head to the Pointe du Hoc, a breathtaking cliff offering lunar landscapes and a magnificent viewpoint over the English Channel.
